Dear Gabriel,
Your cousin got here a few days ago and I was able to be there when he was born. I think seeing child be born is one of the closest ways to be aware of the spiritual world around us. The spirit of that little baby was penetrable for everyone in the room.
It reminded me of when you were born. Brand new to the world. Brand new to life. Brand new to this adventure and experience we all get to live through. Brand new to your future decisions. Brand new to your health and strength. Brand new... to everything! Brand new babies are the closest we can get to being around angels.
You are an angel to me. Being around you and other brand new souls to this world reminds me of my life and what kind of legacy I will leave... and that hopefully I can be an angel to others around me, even though I have a few more years, a few more wrinkles and am not brand new any more.
